Yesterday the Cosmopolitan group interviewed homeless people but it wasn't a good one because we only had "yes" "no" answers. More than that we were asked to pay for an interview which we didn't expect at all!!
However, today we prepared our sketch about it. There were ten people who took part in the sketch:Tania and Loredana( interviewers), Chiara(a hoody), Teresa(a posh girl), Antonella, Roberta, Raffaella (tourists),Alessandro(a pickpocket), Andrea and Marco(homeless men ) and Gianluca(a policeman). In our sketch we used a tiger instead of the homeless man's dog! The whole scene was in Oxford. There was a conversation between 3 tourists and they agreed that there wasn't any crime in the city. Then Chiara passed by
Marco and Andrea, who played a guitar, and made a comment that the music was rubbish. Meanwhile Teresa threw the money into a hat arrogantly because she saw the homeless men as dirty people. There were a lot of spectators around the homeless men including 2 interviewers, Loredana and Tania, who wanted to ask general questions about homeless' life. After the first question Tania was asked to pay a pound for each one. Suddenly, a pickpocket turned up out of the blue, stole the hat with the money and tried to run away but the tiger attacked him. At the and the police arrested the thief.

I think it's a shame you only got yes/no answers out of the homeless guys, especially as you had to pay them, but maybe that's the fault of your questions rather than just the homeless people.
You seemed to have a lot of fun doing the sketch. Obviously the idea of having to pay them for the interview came from your experience, but what about the other ideas?
And what did you think about them asking you to pay them for their answers? Were you shocked? Do you think this is wrong or do you think it is understandable?
